Refund Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2025

Let’s talk about refunds. Nobody loves reading these things, but hey if something goes wrong, you should know exactly where you stand.

At RhapsodyPlugins, we believe in building plugins that make your life easier, your store faster, and your support team (if you have one) way less stressed. Still, sometimes things just don’t click.

30-Day No-Risk Guarantee

Here’s the deal:
If you buy a plugin from us and don’t love it, you’ve got 30 days to request a refund. No interrogation. No guilt trips.

“Working with ecommerce store owners, I’ve seen how tight dev budgets can be. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll part ways professionally and hopefully as friends.”

But wait… there are a few conditions (just to keep things fair).

What Counts for a Refund

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • You bought the plugin less than 30 days ago

  • You gave it a good-faith try, and it didn’t do what we promised

  • You reach out to us with actual feedback, not just “meh”

Here’s the twist… if you just installed it, never used it, and ghosted us we might ask questions before processing the refund. That’s only fair to our team.

What Doesn’t Count

We can’t issue refunds if:

  • You’re past the 30-day window

  • You bought the plugin by mistake, but still used it

  • You’re asking for a refund and keeping access (nope)

  • Your issue is caused by a third-party theme or plugin conflict and you don’t want help resolving it

Meanwhile, we’ll always try to fix the issue first because often it’s just a settings tweak or theme quirk.

How to Request a Refund

Just email us: [email protected]

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The plugin name

  • A quick explanation (we appreciate honesty)

Most refunds are processed within 3-7 business days. Sometimes some banks take extra time to process refund, sorry that is not in our hand.

One Small Thing

We reserve the right to deny refunds if someone’s clearly abusing the policy. That means:

  • Buying, downloading, refunding on repeat

  • Using the plugin heavily, then asking for money back

  • Copying or cloning features, then canceling

(Yes, we’ve seen it. Yes, we track it.)

Final Thoughts

Look—we’re plugin makers, not pirates. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it fast. If that doesn’t work, we’ll refund you with respect and no hard feelings.

You’re building a business. We get that.

So let’s keep it real, keep it kind, and keep it moving.
