Terms of Use
Last updated: June 28, 2025
Thank you for using a plugin developed by RhapsodyPlugins (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our software products, whether downloaded from our website, a marketplace (e.g., WordPress.org,), or any affiliated distribution channel.
By installing, using, or interacting with any of our plugins, you agree to the following terms.
1. Licensing & Subscriptions
Our WordPress themes and plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0. That means you can use them freely—but let’s get real: redistributing or reselling them (whether edited or untouched) isn’t cool, and we strongly discourage it.
(i) About That License Key
The license key? It’s not magic, but it does unlock a few important things:
Plugin updates straight from our servers
Support access when you need a hand
And a smoother experience overall
Note: Without license key Software may not work properly. License key is the communicator with server and Software.
(ii) Auto-Renewal (So You Don’t Miss Out)
To keep things running smoothly, our products include auto-renewal via PayPal or Stripe. This helps avoid gaps in updates and support because forgetting renewal dates happens to the best of us.
2. Software Updates
Free plugins may receive updates through the WordPress plugin repository or other approved delivery methods. We reserve the right to determine the frequency, availability, and scope of those updates.
For premium versions, updates are available during the active license period.
3. Support Policy
Support for free plugins is offered via the WordPress.org support forums on a voluntary basis and is not guaranteed. For premium plugins or paid licenses, support is offered directly via our website or designated support portal.
We aim to provide helpful, timely responses, but response times are not contractually guaranteed.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
All plugins are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
The plugin will meet your specific requirements
The plugin will be error-free or bug-free
Issues will be resolved without impacting your site or data
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall RhapsodyPlugins, or any of its developers or affiliates, be liable for any damages or losses—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use of our plugins or failure to use them.
You assume full responsibility for testing, installation, and ensuring compatibility with your website and third-party tools.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the plugin for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Misrepresent authorship or remove copyright notices
Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense premium components in violation of commercial license terms
Violations of these terms may result in the termination of access to updates or support services.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be modified from time to time without notice. Continued use of our plugins constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Account Access, Suspension & Fair Use
At RhapsodyPlugins, we aim to foster a respectful, collaborative environment for all users and contributors. Most issues can be resolved through communication, and we’re committed to working with you in good faith whenever possible.
However, to protect our users and services, we may suspend or terminate access to your account under specific conditions.
(i). Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice if we reasonably determine that a user has engaged in behavior that includes (but is not limited to):
Abusive, harassing, or intentionally disruptive conduct toward our team or other users
Repeated defamatory or knowingly false public statements intended to damage our reputation or harm our community
Active promotion of competitor products on our platforms, or use of our services to encourage piracy, spamming, or illegal activities
Evidence that your account has been compromised, shared inappropriately, or used in a way that presents a security risk
We strive to avoid account action unless necessary, and any action taken is based on the specific context and severity of the issue.
(ii). Fair Use & Warning Process
In most cases, we follow a tiered approach to ensure fairness and transparency:
Initial Notice: We’ll notify you if we observe behavior that may violate our terms or community standards. This gives you the opportunity to clarify or resolve the matter.
Formal Warning: If concerns persist or the issue escalates, we’ll issue a formal warning. This includes clear expectations and a path forward.
Access Restriction: If a problem remains unresolved or poses a risk to other users, we may limit or remove access to services or accounts.
For urgent or serious violations, immediate action may be taken at our discretion to protect the platform or users.
(iii). Our Commitment
We believe strongly in resolving misunderstandings constructively, and we encourage open communication. If you believe a mistake has been made, or if you’d like to discuss your account status, we welcome you to contact our team.
Let’s work together to maintain a positive, respectful, and productive environment for everyone.

10. Third-Party Platforms (if applicable)
If you downloaded this plugin via a marketplace (e.g., WordPress.org), you are also bound by that platform’s terms of service. These may include additional restrictions, refund rules, and community guidelines.
We do not control how third-party marketplaces handle transactions or disputes.
Thank you for choosing RhapsodyPlugins. We’re committed to developing high-quality tools that respect the open-source ecosystem and empower the WordPress community.
# Helpmate AI Service
Some features of Helpmate, like the chatbot, connect to our secure external AI servers. This is necessary because natural language processing can’t be handled locally by your WordPress site. When enabled, the chatbot may send customer questions and limited store details (like product names or order status) for processing. Sensitive data such as payment details or passwords is never transmitted. All communication is encrypted, and you can disable the chatbot at any time.
